Lately, I’ve found myself craving smoothies. Not just the typical strawberry-banana smoothie, but a smoothie with a tropical blend that will make me feel like I’m lying on a beach somewhere. Unfortunately, I’ve had trouble finding quenching smoothies that won’t ruin my diet. Some smoothies are so high in calories that I might as well have a meal at McDonalds. Thanks to the internet, I’ve been able to find some low-calorie, guilt-free smoothie options that I can’t wait to try!
